Reviving the long lineage of independent distillers in London, East London Liquor Co. was one of the first to set up shop bringing back traditions that lay dormant for over 100 years. Their flagship London Dry is has the makings of a faithful classic with a juniper forward nose filled out by a rather standard botanical mix of grapefruit peel, coriander, angelica root, lemon peel, cubeb berries and cardamom. The brilliance is in how accessible each individual botanical remains in the final spirit.
