An elegant red blend produced in Saint-Emilion, Les Roches De Yon-Figeac enjoys subtle hints of dark chocolate and seasoned berry. Comprised of 83% Merlot, 13% Cabernet Franc and 4% Petit Verdot, this accessible wine carries a refined body and a lush aromatic character. This wine has a cool color like ruby or garnet that transitions to a really super bright color at the rim. The aroma is huge on fruits, red fruit, cherries, raspberries and a touch of maraschino cherries. There is not a lot of earthiness to the aroma which is usually found in a bordeaux. It is silky in the mouth, super strong and tannic.
