Rabbit Holes Cavehill bourbon from Louisville, Kentucky, is a three year old whiskey. Made in small batches of 15 casks the mash bill is corn heavy with two type of malted barley and malted wheat to add additional creaminess. The clean and bright taste opens on the nose with cinnamon doughnuts, cream corn, apple fritter and Parma violets. The palate is spiced orange, vanilla, danish peach pastry, mild smoke and toasted oak.
