Aromas of black cherry and star anise prime the palate for flavors of black cherry, pomegranate, tomato leaf, fennel bulb, smoke and eucalyptus. It is full in the mouth, with equally weighted balance of fruit and savory flavors, although there is a lingering sense of cherry on the finish.
