Shipping and Policies

The following shipping methods are available, Free Local Delivery, Standard Ground (5–7 business days), 3 Day Select (3 business days), Second Day (2 business days) and Next Day (1 business day). Business days do not include weekends and there is no weekend delivery for any shipping method.

Shipping Policy

  • Free Local Delivery:
    • We offer free local delivery to the following zip codes: 11211, 11249, 11206, 11221, 11237, 11222, 11201, 11205, 11215, 11217, 11231.
    • Orders placed with these zip codes will be eligible for free delivery.
    • Please note that the delivery address must be within these specified zip codes to qualify for free local delivery.
  • Flat Shipping Rate:
    • For all other zip codes in New York, there is a flat shipping rate of $10.
    • If your delivery address is outside the eligible free delivery zip codes, a $10 shipping fee will be applied to your order.
  • Shipping Restrictions:
    • We currently only ship within the state of New York.
    • We do not ship internationally or to any addresses outside New York.
  • Delivery Times:
    • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
    • Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping destination.
    • Customers within the eligible free delivery zip codes can expect their orders to be delivered within 1-2 business days.
    • Customers outside the eligible free delivery zip codes can expect their orders to be delivered within 4-7 business days.
  • Order Tracking:
    • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
    • You can use this tracking number to track the progress of your shipment.

    Return Policy

    • Damaged or Incorrect Items:
      • In the event that you receive damaged or incorrect items, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving the order.
      • We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
      • Please provide photographic evidence of the damaged or incorrect items to expedite the process.
    • Returns and Refunds:
      • Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on opened bottles or used products.
      • If you have received the correct and undamaged items but wish to return them, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving the order to discuss the return process.
      • Returns will only be accepted for unopened and unused products.
      • The customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs.

    Store Hours

    • Sunday: 12pm-9pm
    • Monday-Thursday: 10pm-10pm
    • Friday: 10pm until 1 hour before sunset
    • Saturday: Closed



    Please note that these policies are subject to change and it’s always a good idea to check our website for the most up-to-date information regarding shipping and policies.

    Some orders may require a signature at time of delivery. If signature is required, carrier will make three delivery attempts, excluding weekends and holidays. Carrier will not deliver unless they acquire a signature.

    We are required to collect sales Tax when shipping to any New York state address at 8.8750%
